Best new album’s right now. Can’t get enough of any one of these, i feel like it’s been a while since I’ve been in love with this much new music.

On September 13th, 2009 of the VMA's Cassadee will be doing the red carpet interviews for Buzznet. Last year alex of All Time Low did the job. This year Cassadee will be holding it down. VMA's baby ...

Limited Edition Rockets for the launch (pun intended) for MilQ. These will be a one time thing and there are, and always will be, only two. Each rocket features various little secrets and messages around them, with a one of a kind tag on the butt and each signed and numbered.

These are over on MilQ right now so head over before someone else snags them, once their gone, their gone!

MILQ is now live, I’ve started a real web store for my art, I’ll still run the auctions from time to time on here but for the time being most work will be sold on there. It’s run on Pay Pal and is super secure. Be sure to check out the Sour MilQ section where I’ll always be adding previously sold work or custom pieces, there’s already some stuff in there. My friend Josh is home for a bit before his band, A Day To Remember, heads back out on tour so group of us got dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. I was craving some cheesecake after dinner, so I thought I could get away with telling the waitress it was Elliot’s Birthday. Charm and good tip=free dessert? The staff came out with a cheesecake singing happy birthday. It was the cracking up hysterically version of happy birthday. The cheesecake found it’s way onto my check, but it was worth it all around.

Great night, now it feels like home

ART AUCTION - “APACHE MARKSMEN”

First off, congratulations to Mekseb for her winning on the last piece. This week I’m auctioning an indian-war themed piece. This whole week I’ve been completly engrossed in the state of modern warfare, and how its effected our generation. I made this as a tribute to chiefs of tribes that believed in fighting for defense and fair game and not wars of deception fought for just land, greed, and oil. I included no apparent visage because I believe that good morality does not take on just a single image. And i wanted to leave something left to be imagined. You can’t put a face on the fraction of light and greatness that is in every one of us including the man behind bars, or the creepster on your block. Everyone has something good to give, no matter how grinch like they may appear. Plus that black “X” in the bottom corner has an extra-special something to me, but i’ll never tell ; )

Also, here’s whats been above my bed since New Years. I made this right before the Believers Never Die tour. If any of you are fans of Across The Universe i’m sure you’ll dig this. Unfortunately I’m not trying to sell this right now or pass it off to a new owner, even though i do appreciate all the generous offers I’ve been getting, maybe we’ll see in the future when it’s time to design a new home sweet home with new art. Wise words from the master to the apprentice

I may be two of five who actually enjoyed this, but i know myself enough to know that this movie meant a whole lot more to me than just a story. I think he’s one of the characters I’ve ever felt so close with. How would you live your life if you knew when you were going to die, what if you saw everything before it actually happened? Maybe the things you lose you aren’t always gone forever, just temporarily. For rent. No i don’t time travel, but I’m constantly living in two lives between the road and home. I know what it’s like to feel out of your element sometimes, this helped me to better myself and channel the better parts of me. Being the same guy on stage and off stage. Even on the stage of the world, life’s biggest spotlight. I’m the luckiest guy in the universe, you can’t take that away from me. Sometimes you make me feel weightless. Like I’m a hot hair balloon hovering a foot above the ground, tied down by a single spoke, and you just kick the pin and let me fly. This turned from one perspective to another. I only write this for myself and you’re all welcome to read. Getting this stuff out helps me and if it helps you too, then will help each other along the way. When someone stumbles help em up. Hold on tight.

Yep, Here’s me on Mad Men, probably the best show I’ve seen since LOST. Two completly different animals, one sweet victory. I can’t wait to see what happens with this baby into season two. Until then all the characters are just gunna have to get used to the new mad men on this show, yours truly

My Friend Taylor was in FL for a week to see family and see came out with a bunch of us went to celebrate JM and Naomi’s love, they just got engaged last December. This is one of our favorite spots downtown, Howleys late night diner, if any of you ever get the chance to go i swear they really do have the best sweet potato fries you’ve ever consumed.

so cassadee and i stood in parking spot #40 of the hotel we stayed at last night in seattle and took a look at wamu theater (where we played on the believers never die tour) and thought about/discussed a few things… how fast time flies, how we’re having the times of our lives, and how the next time we are back in seattle we’ll stand in the same parking spot and rethink/discuss and take a look at what’s happened since the last time we stood there…

So I’ve been home for a week now and been doing a bit of art on my time off. I’ve decided I’m going to start selling my work again. The first piece that’s up for grabs is the one above. 18 X 24 canvas with acrylic paint, made with my fingers, cut up brushes, papers tolls, and indigo ink. There’s a meaning for sure, but this ones probably more fun if you come up with your own spin.
